We are excited to welcome Dave and Greg with the recent expansion of our milling capabilities. This department now includes more ‘lights-out’ production with a new Makino a51nx Horizontal Machining Center, an automated cell comprised of a Doosan dual spindle vertical mill and UR10 Universal Robot, and two Haas vertical mills. The addition of Dave as Director of Engineering, and Greg as a Process Engineer, joining Dennis from our milling department, brings 75+ years of combined engineering experience in milling and process and fixture design. Together, this experience in advanced tooling technology, production planning, project management, and leadership provides our customers with value that complements our turned products capabilities. Their skills and creativity are coupled with a desire to help customers reduce cost and improve quality through collaborative review and suggestions to improve design for manufacturability.

The UR10e Collaborative Industrial Robot provides auto load/unload and lights out unattended machining. EASY SETUP & FAST DEPLOYMENT - Autonomous motion enables ActiNav to operate inside deep bins which hold more parts, allowing the systems to run unattended longer and require less filling. ACCURATE PART PLACEMENT - The high-resolution sensor and CAD matching enable high accuracy picks and part-oriented placement. HIGHER MACHINE UPTIME - Autonomous collision-free motion within its environment means fewer operator interventions and system restarts. FactoryWiz CNC Machine Monitoring & Data Collection System is a powerful, modern CNC machine tool and non-CNC asset monitoring and data collection system that allows us to analyze critical production data to maximize efficiency.
PROCESS MONITORING & DATA - In our “Smart Factory”, the computer software monitors physical processes such as CNC machines or robots and presents real-time information allowing management to make better decisions based on facts. PRODUCTION VISIBILITY - This information is shared with employees on the network, including ERP and MRP systems. Industry 4.0 (IIoT) provides complete shop floor visibility through full machine/event monitoring and managed file transfers on our plant-wide network.
